  3. The Purchaser will have to prove that his/her recycling firm is a member of the Recyclers Association of Quebec, Ontario or from the province they are from and commercially recognized in Canada or by the province it operates from or GST # and registered BUSINESS # with government.
  4. Purchasers, at their own expense, must arrange the removal of the vehicle from its location.
  5. All lettering, labels of PMG and Transport Canada must be removed prior to leaving the location.
  6. Without notice, Transport Canada has the right to remove or replace a vehicle from the sale.
  7. Purchasers must sign in at the PMG Technologies security Gate. Should there be health measures, they will be expected to follow directives.
  8. The social distancing of 2 metres must be respected.
  9. General viewing of vehicles will be on: Friday, May 10th, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
  10. If the goods are not inspected prior to purchase (during viewing times), it is possible that the vehicles are different from the pictures.
  11. Vehicle pick-up appointments must be set with Alain Lavoie or Christian Laflamme at 450-430-7981 ext:189 PMG Technologies Employees.
  12. GCSurplus is the point of contact for payments.
  13. Transport Canada is generating the posting of vehicles and may have additional information concerning the vehicles.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 3 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

With the exception of authorized dealers and registered recyclers, vehicle ownership transfer must occur prior to the vehicle being released to the owner. This transfer must be completed by the owner, who will also be responsible for any and all mandatory vehicle inspections.
860.2

Buyers are advised to contact each asset custodian listed on the sale to determine what viewing and pick-up directions are in place as instructions may vary from location to location. The item(s) described herein are being sold offsite and not from a GCSurplus Sales Centre. For all offsite sales, Canada is responsible for making the sale items accessible for removal. They are under no obligation to provide assistance of any kind. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have the proper labour and material handling equipment to facilitate the removal. Failure to comply with this condition of sale may lead to the Purchaser being turned away and the items and funds being forfeited.

It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the Canadian manufacturer and, if necessary, equipment manufacturer to find out whether any notices of defects or of non-compliance (more commonly known as "recalls") have been issued with regards to the vehicle.
