  2. A GCSurplus sales representative works with the department, agency, or public organization to create an auction listing.
  3. GCSurplus posts the auction on

  5. Registered users bid on the items they’re interested in. The highest bid wins!
  6. GCSurplus publishes the winning price online.
  7. GCSurplus emails the successful bidder an invoice, payment instructions, and removal deadline.
  8. Winning bidder takes possession of their purchase.
