  • All cables and accessories are included
  • Approximate measurements:
    • Screen Size: 77"
    • Entire Board Size: 65 1/4" x 49 1/2" x 5 1/8"
  • Condition:
    • Used
    • Issues with the projector accurately displaying the full image on the screen itself.
      • This may be fixable by repositioning the projector.
    • The smartboards are slightly slow to power up
      • Displays are slightly faint compared to an LED TV, as expected due to the older model.
    • There is wear and tear on the accessories.
    • Both units power on and were functional at time of removal.

Special Instructions

  1. Buyers are encouraged to make payments online. Client site custodians cannot take in-person payments.
  2. No viewings are permitted.

Pick-up

  1. Shipping not provided by GCSurplus.
    • This includes: no wrapping, boxing or other preparation as client site does not have the facilities or staff to do so.
  2. Pick-up only by Buyer or authorized third party.
    • All pickups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to the "Contact" listed in the sale prior to releasing. If sending a Transport Company a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be sent to the "Contact".
    • Unless otherwise noted items will be released as is.
  3. Buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for packaging, loading and removal of the items from their physical location.
  4. Buyers or 3rd parties without appointments will be turned away.
  5. Appointments to pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
    • 24 hours notice required.
  6. Normal working hours are 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 3 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

Buyers are advised to contact each asset custodian listed on the sale to determine what viewing and pick-up directions are in place as instructions may vary from location to location. The item(s) described herein are being sold offsite and not from a GCSurplus Sales Centre. For all offsite sales, Canada is responsible for making the sale items accessible for removal. They are under no obligation to provide assistance of any kind. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have the proper labour and material handling equipment to facilitate the removal. Failure to comply with this condition of sale may lead to the Purchaser being turned away and the items and funds being forfeited.
