Pick-up

  1. Shipping is not provided by GCSurplus.
  2. Onsite staff cannot pack, load, mail, or ship items.
  3. Pick-up only by the buyer or their authorized third party.
    • All pick-ups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to the "Contact" listed in the sale prior to releasing. If sending a Transport Company, a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be sent to the "Contact."
  4. Contactless Pick-up:
    • Appointments to pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
  5. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
  6. Buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for packaging, loading and picking up the items from their physical location.
  7. Normal working hours are 9:00 a.m. to noon, and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 3 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

They are under no obligation to provide assistance of any kind. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have the proper labour and material handling equipment to facilitate the removal. Failure to comply with this condition of sale may lead to the Purchaser being turned away and the items and funds being forfeited.
