This lot includes:

• 4 red speckled enamel plates
  • Approximated size: 10" diameter
• 4 red speckled enamel bowls
  • Approximste size: 6" diameter and 2.5" deep
• 4 red speckled enamel coffee cups
• 3 blue specked plastic coffee cups

Observations

• Scratches and scuffs due to normal use
• These items are sold used.

Inspection and Pick-up Instructions:

1. Appointments for pick-ups must be made at least 24 hours in advance. There will be no exceptions.
2. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
3. Appointments for pick-ups are available only on Wednesdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.

5. The buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for packaging, loading, and picking up the item.
6. Safety footwear is required where heavy items are being handled (furniture, tires, etc.).
7. If a forklift is required for assistance in loading/handling, the operator is not responsible for any damage to the item(s) or the vehicle.
8. All pick-ups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to the contact listed in the sale prior to the pick-up.
9. If sending a transport company, a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be emailed to the contact listed on the sale prior to the pick-up.
10. Certain requirements exist for removal by transport companies. Contact Heath Ferguson prior to bidding to ensure 3rd party removal instructions are understood.
