2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E California Route 1 - Sold for Parts or Recycling Only

  • This vehicle was used for collision testing by Transport Canada.
  • This vehicle has been declared non-repairable in Canada; it is being sold for parts only.
  • The registration document will not be given to the buyer.
  • Features and options on the vehicle may have been damaged after the collision.

  • Purchasers must arrange the removal of the vehicle from its location at their own expense.
  • The purchaser will have to prove that their vehicle recycling firm is commercially recognized in Canada or by the Province it operates from.
  • All lettering, labels of PMG and Transport Canada must be removed prior to leaving the location.
  • Without notice, Transport Canada has the right to remove or replace a vehicle from the sale.
  • Purchasers must sign in at the PMG Technologies security gate should there be health measures, they will be expected to follow directives.

Additional comments:

This was a Transport Canada collision testing vehicle.

  1. Appointments for pick-ups are mandatory and must be arranged 24 hours in advance. No drop-ins will be accepted. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, viewings may not be permitted.

  3. Appointments to view and pick-up are mandatory, no exceptions.
  4. The purchaser must comply with the security requirements put in place for COVID-19 at the location of the asset(s).
  5. The purchaser must contact the custodian and make an appointment for a specific date and time so they can meet onsite. Any appointments cancellation must be done in the 24 hours prior to the appointment date.
  6. Inspection and pick-ups are done during the weekdays Monday to Friday. The exact time has to be discussed with the custodian.
  7. Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.

Important:

  1. The Purchaser will have to prove that their recycling firm is with the Recyclers association of Ontario, Quebec, or from the province they are from and commercially recognized in Canada, or by the province it operates from, or GST number and registered business number with government.
  2. If the buyer wishes to send a transporter or someone else to pick-up on their behalf, he must give a 24-hour notice to the sales representative by email with the company name or the full name of the person that will be picking up on their behalf.
  3. Transporter can call should there be a need regarding logistics, etc. However, first point of confirmation of pick-up is to be made by the buyer.
  4. Invoices and Bill of Sales cannot be modified for any reasons. We highly recommend that buyers update their account information before bidding on vehicles.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 5 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 5 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

All sales are final. No purchased Goods may be returned and no requests for reimbursement in whole or in part will be accepted.

844.1

With the exception of authorized dealers and registered recyclers, vehicle ownership transfer must occur prior to the vehicle being released to the owner. This transfer must be completed by the owner, who will also be responsible for any and all mandatory vehicle inspections.

860.2

Buyers are advised to contact each asset custodian listed on the sale to determine what viewing and pick-up directions are in place as instructions may vary from location to location. The item(s) described herein are being sold offsite and not from a GCSurplus Sales Centre. For all offsite sales, Canada is responsible for making the sale items accessible for removal. They are under no obligation to provide assistance of any kind. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have the proper labour and material handling equipment to facilitate the removal. Failure to comply with this condition of sale may lead to the Purchaser being turned away and the items and funds being forfeited.

It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the Canadian manufacturer and, if necessary, equipment manufacturer to find out whether any notices of defects or of non-compliance (more commonly known as "recalls") have been issued with regards to the vehicle.
