Special Instructions During the COVID-19 Pandemic:

  2. GCSurplus is not accepting in-person payments at sales centres at this time. We are only accepting online payments through our website.

Contactless Pickup:

  1. Appointments must be made for pickups at least 24 hours in advance. There will be no exceptions.
  2. Appointments for pickups are available Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  3. To schedule a pickup appointment:

    • Email: GU-ONGCE@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca
  4. Upon arrival for pickups, buyers must park in one of the marked stalls, wait in their vehicle and call 780-497-3627 for further instruction.
  5. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
  6. All pickups by a third party require written authorization from the buyer emailed to GCSurplus at GU-ONGCE@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca prior to sending the third party.
  7. Items being purchased can be shipped using our regular shipping service for items up to 150 lb. (68 kg) or by using our freight shipping service for items up to 4,500 lb. (2,041 kg), excluding vehicles.
  8. To obtain a shipping quote, please email the sale number, your postal code, the destination type (business or residential), and any special shipping requirements to GU-ONGCE@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca. Please note, GCSurplus ships only to the address noted on your account registration.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 5 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
