This vehicle was built and certified for a non-Canadian market and is sold for export only. It cannot be registered or resold in Canada. Proof of export will be required.
The vehicle must be picked up at a GCSurplus Warehouse location by a Bonded Carrier who must provide relevant documentation indicating destination to a location outside of Canada.
Once payment is completed, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) will issue a Bill of Sale to the Purchaser who will then have 30 calendar days from the date indicated on the Bill of Sale to comply with the Export requirement. If the Purchaser fails to export the vehicle within this prescribed period, PSPC reserves the right to cancel the sale, forfeit the ownership and refund the payment of sale less an administration fee and damages caused by the sale cancellation. |

With the exception of authorized dealers and registered recyclers, vehicle ownership transfer must occur prior to the vehicle being released to the owner. This transfer must be completed by the owner, who will also be responsible for any and all mandatory vehicle inspections. |

It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the Canadian manufacturer and, if necessary, equipment manufacturer to find out whether any notices of defects or of non-compliance (more commonly known as "recalls") have been issued with regards to the vehicle. |
