  5. This aircraft is for sale "As is-where is with no warranty of fitness for any present or future use." The description of the aircraft is based on the best information available from the declaring department and is sold used and may require unknown repairs.

Removal:

  1. If removing the aircraft by a transport/towing company, the buyer must provide proof of insurance with at least a $1 million Canadian dollars liability policy.
  2. Buyer must come well equipped and ensure a suitable size vehicle is used to load and tow the aircraft.
  3. The use of The National Research Council of Canada's equipment and personnel is strictly prohibited.
  4. Buyers who arrive unprepared can be refused.
  5. Any damage to Government of Canada/NRC property during the towing operation is the sole responsibility of the Client.

Mandatory Registration with GCSurplus:

  1. The aircraft will be registered under the purchaser's name and address that appears on the bill of sale. If this is a company purchase, register the company with GCSurplus and ensure that the account is under the company's name.
  2. Purchaser's name and address are captured from GCSurplus "Registration" information, and Bidders are responsible for ensuring that registration information is accurate. Any amendments to registration must be made prior to placing a bid, as registration information cannot be edited with sales pending.

The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 5 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
