Inspection and pick-up

  1. No shipping, pick-up only.
    • Onsite staff cannot pack, load, mail or ship items. Onsite removal is only by the buyer or authorized 3rd party.
  2. Viewing is recommended.

  4. Appointments to view and pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
  5. All pickups are to be started and completed during normal working hours.
  6. Normal working hours are 0800 to 1200 and 1300 to 1500, Monday to Friday.
  7. Buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for packaging, loading and removal of the items from their physical location.

GCSurplus is not accepting payments at sales centres at this time. We are only accepting online payments through our website
 
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 3 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

They are under no obligation to provide assistance of any kind. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have the proper labour and material handling equipment to facilitate the removal. Failure to comply with this condition of sale may lead to the Purchaser being turned away and the items and funds being forfeited.
