Pick-up

1. Shipping is not provided by GCSurplus.
2. On-site staff cannot pack, load, mail, or ship items.
3. Pick-up only by the buyer or authorized third party.
   • All pick-ups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to the contact listed in the sale prior to release. If sending a Transport Company a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be sent to the contact person.
4. Appointments for pick-up are mandatory, no exceptions.
5. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
6. Buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for packing, loading, and removing the items from their physical location.
7. Normal working hours are 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
