Vehicle Registration - Ex-Department of National Defence Vehicle

1. This vehicle has never been previously registered in Canada.
2. The Buyer will receive a signed Transfer Form (APV9T), a Bill of Sale and a letter stating "Certification of vehicle ownership for BC registration".
   • All documents will be mailed to the Buyer.
   • A Provincial vehicle safety inspection will need to be performed prior to registration.
3. Be sure to bid under the name that will appear on the registration.
4. If this is a company purchase, register your company with GCSurplus and be sure to bid under the company's name.

Pick-up

1. A Temporary Operating Permit (TOP) purchased in the province of B.C., displaying the VIN is required for out-of-province (B.C.) Buyers picking up and driving the vehicle.
2. This vehicle is sold used, without mechanical inspection, and may require unknown repairs.

4. Appointments to pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
5. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
6. Pick-up times are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., except on holidays.
