TLD Readers & Misc. Supplies

  • 3 skids of TLD Readers
    • Used for radiation exposure reading from the thermoluminescence radiation detectors used to monitor accumulated radiation levels for workers.
  • 1 skid of miscellaneous supplies for the TLD Readers

  • These items are sold used and for parts only.
  • All equipment may not be functional and may need to be tested and or calibrated.
  • Call for viewing, pick-up, or information concerning lots, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. eastern standard time. Do not e-mail.
  • The deadline for picking up this lot is non-negotiable. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that they are able to clear the lot within 5 days of payment.

  3. Appointments to view and pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
  4. The Purchaser must contact the custodian and make an appointment for a specific date and time so they can meet onsite. Any appointment cancellations must be done in the 24 hours prior to the day of the appointment.
  5. Inspection and pick-ups can take place during the weekdays from Monday to Friday. The exact time has to be discussed with the custodian.
  6. The entire lot must be picked up in a single trip or within a reasonable amount of time, determined by the custodian.
  7. Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building, for example, dollies, carts, vehiclse and/or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the move.
  8. Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 5 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

The item(s) described herein are being sold offsite and not from a GCSurplus Sales Centre. For all offsite sales, Canada is responsible for making the sale items accessible for removal. They are under no obligation to provide assistance of any kind. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have the proper labour and material handling equipment to facilitate the removal. Failure to comply with this condition of sale may lead to the Purchaser being turned away and the items and funds being forfeited.
