If GCSurplus employees, or GCSurplus equipment, are used during loading at the buyer's request, GCSurplus and the Government of Canada disclaim all liability for any incident or accident occurring to the buyer or their authorized representative as well as any damage to the buyer's vehicle (including trailer).
