      • The cabin sole under the aft/stern dinette seat is delaminated.
      • The starboard side of the cabin sole by the engine hatch opening is delaminating.
      • There is a delaminating area on the cabin top towards the center by the cabin interior light.
      • There will be other random areas of delamination not yet identified.

Pick-up

  1. Shipping not provided by GCSurplus.
  2. Onsite staff cannot pack, load, mail or ship items.
  3. Pick-up only by Buyer or authorized third party.
    • All pick-ups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to the "Contact" listed in the sale prior to releasing. If sending a Transport Company a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be sent to the "Contact".
  4. Contactless Pick-up:

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 3 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
