This item has been forfeited to the Crown

  1. Appointments for pick-ups are mandatory and must be arranged 24 hours in advance.
  2. Appointments can only be arranged Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., except on holidays.
  3. Please note that the warehouse is not open on a daily basis for inspections.
  4. Please note that all buyers will need to provide a valid photo ID when picking up in person. If the buyer wishes to send someone to pick up on their behalf, they must send an email to the sales representative giving permission to release the item. Failure to do so may result in your asset not being released.
  5. The purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from this location, example: dollies, carts, vehicle and/or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the removal.
  6. Purchasers who arrive unprepared will be refused.

Shipping:

  1. Freight shipping is available. To obtain a shipping quote, please email the sale number, your postal code, the destination type (business or residential), and special shipping requirements (e.g., tailgate) to tpsgc.dgsircnepgcsurplus-isbncrgcsurpluswh.pwgsc@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca. Please note, GCSurplus ships only to the address noted on your account registration.
  2. If the buyer wants to send a transport company or a courier to pick up on their behalf instead of using our freight shipping, we can provide the weight and dimensions of the item/lot upon request, but it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange for shipping.
  3. GCSurplus does not fill out waybills (bill of ladings) and does not allow "Collect" shipment, only prepaid shipping will be authorized. It is the buyer's responsibility to send us a prepaid and pre-filled waybill (bill of lading) prior to sending the transporter or courier for pick-up. GCSurplus will not release the item/lot to the transporter or courier until the correct documentation is provided.
  4. Please note that we will do our best to secure the item/lot on a skid or box but we will not be liable for any damages resulting from this courtesy service.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 5 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
