The department reports:

• The laboratory equipment was functional when it was last used in summer 2019.
• The heating system needs checking.
• Rust is present under the underside of the laboratory; it will probably have to be moved on a trailer.
• The condition of the axles, in our opinion, will not allow the trailer to be moved, but the platform can be lifted.
• External plumbing and electricity will be disconnected, but internal fittings and connections in the trailer and shed (equipment) will not be uncoupled.
• These items are used, sold as is and may require unknown repairs or parts.
