Inspection and pick-up

  2. After making the necessary arrangements with the custodian, the buyer may take possession of the goods either in person, by a third party or by a carrier. If this option is chosen, the purchaser will be required to prepare all required shipping documents and forward them to us prior to pick-up.
  3. The buyer will have to comply with the COVID guidelines and preventive measures specific to the site where the goods are located, which vary from one location to another and will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the appointment.
  4. In the current circumstances related to the pandemic, no inspection of the goods will be permitted prior to the buyer client taking possession of the goods.

Payment and Removal
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 3 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
