Inspection and Pick-ups

  1. Please make arrangements with the contact person for the pick-up or the viewing of the items.
  2. Pick-up time can be done during business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pick-up arrangements must be made and confirmed 72 hours in advance of the pick-up date. The location is at 391 York Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
  3. The buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for packaging, loading, and removal of the items from the second (2nd) floor location to the main floor or back lane loading/receiving dock using elevators.
  4. No physical assistance can be provided for the removal of this lot. An escort is provided for moves inside the building.
  5. Please ensure you have suitable labour resources and material handling equipment for moving and loading.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 5 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
