  • Acquisition date: 28-03-2007
  • Dimensions: 11′ H x 28′ L x 12′ W (height does not include wheels and axles)
  • Serial number: 200703067C
  • Trailer consists of an open area separated by two closets, including 2 doors (1 front and 1 rear) and 5 windows.
  • Included: refrigerator (Inglis), stove Frigidaire), heat pump (Napoleon), curtains, hood, cupboards, counters, closets, metal ladder, trailer support brackets (4).
  • Not included: items inside the trailer seen in photos such as furniture, table, chairs, equipment, microwave, and any other material not listed above will be removed. Only the goods listed above will be included in the package.

Observations

  • Trailer is sold as-is and may require unknown repairs or parts. Buyer is responsible for making the necessary arrangements to move trailer on wheels, by a specialized contractor who adheres to safety and compliance regulations. If buyer plans to move the trailer without using a semi-trailer, they must have a temporary license plate and a set of headlights and taillights. Buyer must also take possession of the ladder.
  • Trailer has never been renovated (inside or out) and all finishes are original. No mold is visible, but there is no guarantee that there is no mold inside the walls.
  • Although interior walls have been painted, they show signs of wear. Everything is functional but should be renovated. Roof could not be inspected, but there is no leakage inside, and the structure is sound in the attic.
  • Buyer will be responsible for conducting their own inspection to ensure that set is safe for road use.
  • Trailer hitch shows signs of superficial rust.

Additional information:

  • External plumbing and electricity will be disconnected, but internal fittings and connections in the trailer will not be uncoupled.
  • Buyer must leave with the entire unit, no parts may be left or disposed of on-site.
  • A key to the trailer will be given to the buyer.
  • No asbestos management study has been produced on the property.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy according to the regulations in force in the province where possession is taken. Purchaser must show the departmental representative on-site that they are in possession of a temporary plate allowing the trailer to circulate, otherwise the trailer will have to be towed.

  • Buyer must supply the necessary vehicle, labour, and equipment to pick up the trailer and ladder.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for the trailer to be moved, by a specialized contractor who complies with safety and compliance regulations.
  • No help or loan of equipment will be available on-site.
