Known Issues:

• Towing service is required, truck does not start without the use of boosters.
• This truck is equipped with Altec bucket truck, model # T40, with a fibre glass body with 8 storage compartments. The bucket needs a lot of work to safety properly
• Service engine light is shown.
• Passenger's side headlight is damaged, rusty, and falling off.
• The edges of the front bumper have rust.
• Wheels are deflated.
• Rear steps have moderate impact damage & rust.
• Driver seat has a tear on the left side.
• Steering wheel has scratches.
• Bucket crane is non-functioning.
• One or more parts of the truck bed are loose or have rusted.
• The fuel tank is rusty.
• The battery pack holder is rusty.
• Light bar is damaged and may not operate.
• The left arrow lever contains an unknown substance that may or may not impact its functionality.

• Note 1: This vehicle is sold used without mechanical inspection; it may require unknown repairs. GCSurplus is not liable for any repair cost the vehicle may require after purchase.

• We are unable to place the vehicle on a hoist, the undercarriage was not visually inspected.

This was a Federal Government fleet vehicle.

1. Appointments for inspections and pick-ups are mandatory and must be arranged 24 hours in advance. No drop-ins will be accepted.
2. Appointments can only be arranged Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., except on holidays.
3. Please note that the warehouse is not open on a daily basis for inspections.
4. Please note that all buyers will need to provide a valid photo ID when picking up in person. If the buyer wishes to send someone to pick up on their behalf, they must send an email to the sales representative giving permission to release the item. Failure to do so may result in your asset not being released.

Important:

1. Please contact GCSurplus if new restrictions for Covid-19 that may affect the removal of your lot are put in place.
2. As indicated in the Clause 844.1, with the exception of authorized dealers and registered recyclers, vehicle ownership transfer must occur prior to the vehicle being released to the owner. This transfer must be completed by the owner, who will also be responsible for any and all mandatory vehicle inspections.
3. Authorized dealers must provide a photocopy of their dealer licence as proof before we release the vehicle, the document must be sent by email to the sales representative.
4. If the buyer wishes to send a transporter or someone else to pick up on their behalf, he must give a 24-hour notice to the sales representative by email with the company name or the full name of the person that will be picking up on their behalf.
5. Transporter can call should there be a need regarding logistics, etc. However, the first point of confirmation of the pick-up is to be made by the buyer.
6. Invoices & Bill of Sales cannot be modified for any reasons. We highly recommend that buyers update their account information before bidding on vehicles.
