1. Under the current circumstances of the pandemic, no inspection of the goods will be allowed prior to the buyer taking possession.
2. Pick-up appointments are mandatory. No exceptions will be made.

4. Pickup must be Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm.
5. These items cannot be shipped and must be picked up on site.
6. Please provide the necessary vehicle, labor and equipment for pickup. The custodian will not provide any assistance during pickup.
7. Buyers who arrive unprepared or without a confirmed appointment will be denied access to the items.
8. The buyer will be required to comply with COVID-19 guidelines and preventive measures specific to the site where the property is located, which vary from location to location.

COVID-19

1. Do you have any symptoms (fever, accompanied by one or more of the following: cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, rash, diarrhea, vomiting, sudden loss of smell)?
2. Have you been in contact with an infected or suspected infected person?
3. Have you been traveling outside the country in the last 14 days?
4. If you answer yes to any of the three questions, you will be denied access to our facility.
5. Social distancing of 2 m must be respected as well as hygiene measures such as frequent hand washing or use of disinfectant, coughing into your elbow. Wearing a mask is mandatory in our facilities.
