Inspection and pick-up

  1. Inspection of the material is authorized by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please contact M. Danny Boutin (418)648-3793 (office) ou (418)953-9408 (cell). Without prior appointments, buyers will be refused access to the materials.
  2. After taking the necessary arrangements with the custodian of the equipment, M. Danny Boutin (including any assistance - loader with operator), the buyer can take possession of the materials, either in person, by an approved third party or by a transport carrier. If this last option is selected, the buyer must prepare all documents required for shipping and provide a signed copy of the "Authority to release" document prior to pick to:

The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 calendar days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at his expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 3 calendar days after the date the bill of sale is issued.


This sale is subject to all of the clauses outlined in the GCSurplus General terms and conditions A , unless General terms and conditions B are cited.
The Purchaser must also pay particular attention to the following clauses.
