Important:

  1. The buyer is responsible for the dismantling of this unit. The unit is to be dismantled into 6 sections - 4 printing decks, the in feed and out feed
  2. Upon purchase, the buyer will contact the onsite contact via email and make arrangements for the dismantling of the unit
  3. The buyer needs to provide a roadmap of the work he will be doing for dismantling and removing the item from the building. This needs to be provided prior to the sale being awarded. If this roadmap is not provided the sale will be cancelled.
  4. The buyer will need a crane to move the sections out of the building. The cost of the crane will be borne by the buyer.
  5. The company requires Hazmat certification. A copy of this certification is required prior to the work commencing
  6. The company requires proper WSIB certification for its employees. A copy of this certification is required prior to the work commencing

Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 5 calendar days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at his expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 21 calendar days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
