  • Approximate dimensions: 42" L x 28" W x 28" H
  • There is a manual hand crank to adjust the height of desk.
  • The height raises from approximately 28" to 33".
  • There are levelling feet on the bottom.
  • 4 tables have attached single monitor arms.

Observations

  • Some trim pieces and levelling feet are missing.
  • There are scratches, scuffs, pen marks, and tape residues due to normal use.
  • The items are sold used and may require unknown parts and repairs.

Viewing and Pick-up

  1. Viewing and pick-ups are by appointment only, from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Buyers who do not have an appointment will be refused access to the site.
  2. All pick-ups by a third-party carrier require a Bill of Lading and an Authority to Release signed by the buyer and sent to richard.schindler@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca in order to pick up the lot.
  3. Purchasers must come equipped and prepared with the proper equipment to pick up the lot from this location: dollies, carts, vehicle or truck, etc., as well as the proper amount of staff/help for the removal. No help or loan of equipment will be provided on site. The buyer must also make all transportation arrangements and pay all cost incurred.
  4. Shipping is available for some items only. A prepaid shipping label must be provided by the buyer and sent to Richard Schindler. The buyer is responsible for making arrangements to pick up the package.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 5 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

Buyers are advised to contact each asset custodian listed on the sale to determine what viewing and pick-up directions are in place as instructions may vary from location to location. The item(s) described herein are being sold offsite and not from a GCSurplus Sales Centre. For all offsite sales, Canada is responsible for making the sale items accessible for removal. They are under no obligation to provide assistance of any kind. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have the proper labour and material handling equipment to facilitate the removal. Failure to comply with this condition of sale may lead to the Purchaser being turned away and the items and funds being forfeited.
