  1. No shipping, pick-up on site only.
  2. Appointments for viewing and pick-up are available Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST. To schedule an appointment please contact the divestment officer or GCSurplus Ontario Mailbox (information can be found in Location and Contacts tab).
  3. Visitors without appointments may be turned away.
  4. All pick-ups by a third party or transport company require written authorization from the buyer and are to be emailed to GCSurplus prior to sending the third party or transport.
    • GCSurplus cannot complete any shipping documents for the buyer, their representative, or shipper.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 5 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
