  • This lot is used and being sold in as-is condition. One or more item may require unknown repairs or cleaning. They may also have superficial damages or be missing parts, accessories and hardware.
  • No shipping, pick-up only.
  • Items are not on skids and are not shrink wrapped.
  • The purchaser is responsible for all labour, materials and transport required for pick-up of items.
  • Purchasers who are unprepared or show up without an appointment will be refused.
  • Pick-up can be made by appointment only, from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

Additional comments:
  1. Appointments for pick-ups are mandatory and must be arranged 24 hours in advance. No drop-in will be accepted.
  2. Appointments can only be arranged Monday to Friday, between 8:00a.m. and 3:30p.m., except on holidays.
  3. Please note that the warehouse is not open on a daily basis for inspections.
  4. Please note that all buyers will need to provide a valid photo ID when picking up in person. If the buyer wishes to send someone to pick up on their behalf, they must send an email to the sales representative giving permission to release the item. Failure to do so may result in your asset not being released.
  5. Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from this location, for example, dollies, carts, vehicles and/or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the removal.
  6. Purchasers who arrive unprepared will be refused.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 5 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

All sales are final. No purchased Goods may be returned and no requests for reimbursement in whole or in part will be accepted.

Buyers are advised to contact each asset custodian listed on the sale to determine what viewing and pick-up directions are in place as instructions may vary from location to location. The item(s) described herein are being sold offsite and not from a GCSurplus Sales Centre. For all offsite sales, Canada is responsible for making the sale items accessible for removal. They are under no obligation to provide assistance of any kind. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have the proper labour and material handling equipment to facilitate the removal. Failure to comply with this condition of sale may lead to the Purchaser being turned away and the items and funds being forfeited.
