• The vehicle has scratches, paint chips, dents and rust spots.
• This vehicle does not start.
• The electrical components are starting with a jump-start and the motor tries to turn over but fails to start
• The engine is covered in dust.
• 3rd row seating has a middle safety belt lock missing the cover and the two seatbelts pulling mechanism is not working.
• All seats are stained.
• One of the rear side doors has no spring holding the mechanism, the door moves very freely.
• The two back doors are missing gray plastic trims and is covered with duct tape.
• There is a hole without a cap beside the aux input below the A/C controls.
• There is an information sign on the dashboard.
• The vehicle is missing a sun visor on the front passenger side.
• The interior is dirty.

• Note 1: This vehicle is sold used without professional mechanical inspection; it may require additional unknown repairs other than those listed by the divestment representative. GCSurplus is not liable for any repair cost the vehicle may require after purchase. Viewing is highly recommended.

• Note 3: Please be aware that some vehicles have been stationary for unknown periods of time, and although the vehicle may initially start on arrival with or without a boost, it may require a boost or battery replacement at the time of possession at the buyer's cost.
• Note 4: We are unable to place the vehicle on a hoist, the undercarriage was not visually inspected.

This was a Federal Government fleet vehicle.

1. Appointments for inspections and pick-ups are mandatory and must be arranged 24 hours in advance. No drop-ins will be accepted.
2. Appointments can only be arranged Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., except on holidays.
3. Please note that the warehouse is not open on a daily basis for inspections.
4. Please note that all buyers will need to provide a valid photo ID when picking up in person. If the buyer wishes to send someone to pick up on their behalf, they must send an email to the sales representative giving permission to release the item. Failure to do so may result in your asset not being released.
5. The Sales Representative is the first point of contact for this sale, but if you are unable to contact them, you can reach the NCR Sales Centre by phone at 343-548-9641 or by email at Info@GCSurplus.ca for urgent matters.

Important:

1. As indicated in the Clause 844.1, with the exception of authorized dealers and registered recyclers, vehicle ownership transfer must occur prior to the vehicle being released to the owner. This transfer must be completed by the owner, who will also be responsible for any and all mandatory vehicle inspections.
2. Authorized dealers must provide a photocopy of their dealer licence as proof before we release the vehicle, the document must be sent by email to the sales representative.
3. If the buyer wishes to send a transporter or someone else to pick up on their behalf, he must give a 24-hour notice to the sales representative by email with the company name or the full name of the person that will be picking up on their behalf.
4. Transporter can call should there be a need regarding logistics, etc. However, the first point of confirmation of the pick-up is to be made by the buyer.
5. Invoices and Bill of Sales cannot be modified for any reasons. We highly recommend that buyers update their account information before bidding on vehicles.
