Inspection and Pickup:

2. Purchaser must supply all labour and equipment for pickup.
3. Appointments must be made for pickups at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Appointments for pick-ups are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.

6. The purchaser or their authorized person/company must bring the Authority to Release with them at the time of the pickup.
7. All pallets and containers are the property of Parks Canada and may be retained by the Parks Canada upon pick-up by the buyer.
8. Certain requirements exist for pickup by transport companies. Contact Wendey Terendy prior to bidding to ensure 3rd party pickup instructions are understood.
9. All pick-ups by a third party or transport require written authorization from the Buyer emailed to wendey.terendy@pc.gc.ca prior to sending the third party or transport. Failure to do so may result in your item(s) not being released.
