Pickup

  1. The buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
  2. Pickups can only be done by the buyer or an authorized third party.
    • All pickups by a third party or transport require a completed bill of lading and a signed authority to release stating the name of the authorized 3rd party, to be sent to GCSurplus prior to sending the third party or transport.
  3. Curbside Pickup:
    • Appointments to pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
    • Buyers without appointments will be turned away.

Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 3 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
