It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the Canadian manufacturer and, if necessary, equipment manufacturer to find out whether any notices of defects or of non-compliance (more commonly known as "recalls") have been issued with regards to the vehicle. |

The winning bidder may be subject to a buyer background integrity check conducted by the custodian of this asset prior to sale award, which will require the provision of the Purchaser's name and address to the custodian. GCSurplus will not be involved with this integrity check and bids will not be awarded until the background check is complete and successful. |
