SPUTTER Thin Film Deposition System

  • Cathode sputtering is a technology used to lay a thin film resulting from the condensation of a metallic fumes from a source which is in a solid state.
  • This method is used in the fabrication of semiconductors.

 

  • Reusable equipment
    • Stainless steel vacuum chamber
    • Primary and turbo vacuum pump system
    • Multiple magnetron sources
    • Various instrumentation towers (RF source, controllers, etc.)
    • 2 closed loop water coolers, one of which is not operational but can be used for parts.
    • Various accessories (valve, flow meters, etc.)

  • This system was declared to be operational when decommissioned. However, some unknown repairs may be required. Some parts and cables will be needed to make it operational again. The system is incomplete.

  1. Inspection and pick-up is by appointment only. Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 calendar days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at his expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 3 calendar days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
