Inspection and Pick-up

  2. The pick-ups of items are scheduled on Monday to Thursdays from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  3. In the current circumstances related to the pandemic, no inspection of the goods will be permitted prior to the buyer taking possession of the goods.
  4. No shipping, pick-ups on site only. The custodian will not provide any assistance during the pick-up/removal. Please provide an appropriate vehicle and labour for the pick-up.
  5. The buyer will have to comply with the guidelines and preventive measures related to the COVID-19 specific to the site where the property is located, which vary from one location to another.

COVID-19

  1. Do you have symptoms (fever or feeling of fever, onset or worsening of cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, temperature equal to or higher than 38 ° C, chills, tiredness or weakness, muscle pain or aches, loss of smell or taste, headaches, rash, gastrointestinal symptoms (abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting), severe discomfort)?
  2. Have you been in contact with anyone suspected of or infected?

  5. The social distance of 2 m must be respected as well as hygienic measures such as washing your hands frequently or using the disinfectant, coughing in your elbow and that wearing a mask is mandatory in our establishments.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 3 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

The item(s) described herein are being sold offsite and not from a GCSurplus Sales Centre. For all offsite sales, Canada is responsible for making the sale items accessible for removal. They are under no obligation to provide assistance of any kind. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have the proper labour and material handling equipment to facilitate the removal. Failure to comply with this condition of sale may lead to the Purchaser being turned away and the items and funds being forfeited.
