Vehicle Registration

  1. This vehicle has never been previously registered in Canada.
  2. The Purchaser will receive a signed Transfer Form (APV9T), a Bill of Sale and a letter stating "Certification of vehicle ownership for BC registration", forms are located at the GCSurplus Victoria Sales Centre Office.
  3. A Provincial vehicle safety inspection will need to be performed prior to registration.
  4. Be sure to bid under the name that will appear on the registration.
  5. If this is a company purchase, register your company with GC Surplus and be sure to bid under the company's name.

Inspection and pick-up

  1. Appointments to view and pick up are mandatory, no exceptions
  2. Viewing is recommended
  3. For information or an appointment to VIEW, please call the Contact listed.
  4. Pick up times Monday to Friday 8:00-11:30am and 1-3:00pm, except on holidays
  5. This vehicle will need to be towed from site (on flat bed or tow truck) or purchaser will need a temporary transporting permit

Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 calendar days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at his expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 3 calendar days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

All sales are final. No purchased Goods may be returned and no requests for reimbursement in whole or in part will be accepted.

844.1

With the exception of authorized dealers and registered recyclers, vehicle ownership transfer must occur prior to the vehicle being released to the owner. This transfer must be completed by the owner, who will also be responsible for any and all mandatory vehicle inspections.

860.1

The item(s) described herein are being sold offsite and not from a GCSurplus Sales Centre. For all offsite sales, the client department is only responsible for making the sale items accessible for removal. They are under no obligation to provide assistance of any kind. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have the proper labour and material handling equipment to facilitate the removal. Failure to comply with this condition of sale may lead to the purchaser being turned away and the items and funds being forfeited.
