Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

The Purchaser must also pay particular attention to the following clauses.

395.1 DND (in Cold lake) will not package or ship,

Purolator will not pick up for successful bidders. The successful bidders must make other arrangements.

Viewing and removal by appointment only, 24 hours advance notice required.
Hours for contact, viewing and pick-up are:

8:00 - 11:30am and 1:00 - 3:30 pm only.
Weekdays only excluding Statutory holidays.

A security pass or escort is required to enter 4 WG. Security passes can be picked up at pass control with presentation of a valid offer to purchase, bill of sale, or authority to release issued by CADC and identification. Contractor's requiring escort can contact the custodian from pass control on arrival.
