Viewing and Pick-up

  1. No shipping is available for this item and it must be picked up at the location by the successful bidder or their authorized representative.
  2. Please contact Peter Beaudoin at 204-983-5104, or by email at fwi-shipping@dfo-mpo.gc.ca, 24 hours in advance, for viewing or pick-up appointments. Appointments are from 8:00 a.m. to noon, and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
  3. It is the responsibility of the successful bidder to arrange for the pick-up of items.
  4. Viewing is recommended.
  5. The buyer has 5 days from the date of payment to remove the items.
  6. A 24-hours notice is required for viewing and picking up the items.
  7. Appointments to pick up are mandatory, no exception.
  8. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 5 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
