• There are some scratches, paint chips, dents, and rust spots.
• The vehicle requires a boost to start.
• The vehicle does not drive due to seized wheel.
• The driver side wheels are seized and vehicle struggles to move smoothly, creating a drag and screeching noise. Back wheel driver side seizes when moving forward.
• There is a chrome holder on the 2nd row of seats, driver side inside the vehicle.
• There are two perforated holes on the passenger side trunk area.
• There are two perforated holes on the dashboard on the right side of steering wheel.
• The seats and inside panels are very dirty.
• There is a minor rust spot on rear passenger quarter panel.
• The client department declared that the tires, breaks and battery would need replacing and overall mechanical check as the vehicle has been sitting since the COVID-19 pandemic.
• The check engine light is on. We are unable to determine the issue(s) as our equipment is not suitable to the diagnosis component on the vehicle.

• Note 1: This vehicle is sold used without mechanical inspection; it may require unknown repairs. GCSurplus is not liable for any repair cost the vehicle may require after purchase.
• Note 2: All GCSurplus vehicles start and drive unless specified otherwise in the known issues above.
• Note 3: Please be aware that some vehicles have been stationary for unknown periods of time, and although the vehicle may initially start on arrival with or without a boost, it may require a boost or battery replacement at the time of possession at the buyer's cost.
• Note 4: We are unable to place the vehicle on a hoist, the undercarriage was not visually inspected.

This was a Federal Government fleet vehicle.

1. Appointments for viewing and pick-ups are mandatory and must be arranged 24 hours in advance. No drop-ins will be accepted.
2. Appointments can only be arranged Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., except on holidays.
3. Please note that the warehouse is not open on a daily basis for viewing.
4. Please note that all buyers will need to provide a valid photo ID when picking up in person. If the buyer wishes to send someone to pick up on their behalf, they must send an email to the divestment representative giving permission to release the item. Failure to do so may result in your asset not being released.
5. The divestment representative is the first point of contact for this sale, but if you are unable to contact them, you can reach the NCR Sales Centre by phone at 343-548-9641 or by email at tpsgc.gcsurplus.pwgsc@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca for urgent matters.

Important:

1. As indicated in the Clause 844.1, with the exception of authorized dealers and registered recyclers, vehicle ownership transfer must occur prior to the vehicle being released to the owner. This transfer must be completed by the owner, who will also be responsible for any and all mandatory vehicle inspections.
2. Authorized dealers must provide a photocopy of their dealer licence as proof before we release the vehicle, the document must be sent by email to the divestment representative.
3. If the buyer wishes to send a transporter or someone else to pick up on their behalf, they must give a 24-hour notice to the divestment representative by email with the company name or the full name of the person that will be picking up on their behalf.
4. Transporter can call should there be a need regarding logistics, etc. However, the first point of confirmation of the pick-up is to be made by the buyer.
5. Invoices and Bill of Sales cannot be modified for any reasons. We highly recommend that buyers update their account information before bidding on vehicles.
